Cancellation and Change of Booking Policy
Volume of intake dictates how many children we are able to accommodate for per day. Due to this and our possible loss of earnings, we are unfortunately unable to refund, once received in part payment or full, any payment/s taken, due to sickness or cancellation. However, we will, wherever possible, reallocate the time lost. This is dependent on available spaces.
If due to reasonable circumstances (and this is decided at Exeter Music Holiday Schools discretion), your child is not able to attend their allocated session/s at Exeter Music Holiday School, we will, if possible, re-allocate a more suitable time/day/week.
The more notice that you’re are able to give us, with regard to a change of date for your child’s attendance to Exeter Music Holiday School, will give you a greater opportunity to re-book for more suitable dates. This is all dependent on availability.
Deposits paid for a booking, of any amount of time or days, are non-refundable.
We are reasonable and will work with you, wherever possible!
